Finally, I met her

Few years now, I have been a crazy fan of Nikita Singh, but meeting her was like a nine eve dream. It was just that I didn’t have the strength to turn this idealistic hope into reality. But by fortune, maybe god’s grace, I got the chance.
She visited India for the tour of her new book “LIKE A LOVE SONG” (Go and grab it, or order it from here http://www.amazon.in/Like-Love-Song-Nikita-Singh/dp/9351778037/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1459608827&sr=8-1&keywords=like+a+love+song) for three weeks, and luckily Delhi was in. Well I got blissful to my lees. She was to visit Delhi by 28 March. But days later I was dazed to see that the venue has changed and she’ll be visiting Delhi by 30th March, well this came like a volt to me. My chance of seeing her was delayed by 2 more days which was exceedingly dire. But still calming myself, I spoke “waited years, 2 more extra days is not a big deal”
30th March
Like a Love song by Nikita Singh
So the day arrived when the blessing showered upon me, couldn’t sleep last night due to extra work and maybe out of excitement. There was a stack of work to do but couldn’t ponder in. and I also had to craft video for my YouTube channel. I couldn’t think of any idea for my video, but the bulb glowed. I thought of promoting the new book of Nikita Singh in my new video, so I needed a minute clip where she would be talking herself in the video but I felt that impossible to dig up. Still had faith, because faith has always been my strongest suit.
6:00 PM: Reached Costa Coffee. As I crossed the threshold, my hope of making a video crawled down. My eyes fell on the hefty people who came on the launch, the seats were full. Only thing I wished now was for a selfie. I took the last seat at the corner. My eyes were probing for the glimpse of Nikita Singh. And then I saw her sitting inside, my jaws fall in, eyes plunged out. I started to freak out. My two friends who came with me started holding me as I was not still. I took the pre ordered book that I had for the autograph and scampered towards her, but a lady in black came in my way like a Men in Black agent. She stood like wall made of Ambhuja cement. I tried hard but she had a will of fire. And I returned back to my seat with a gloomy heart.

Finally, the event kicked off, and the most embarrassing moment for me too. So the editor introduced Nikita and asked everyone to say hi. But there was none who did say hi, and I was the only one screaming hi. I shouted “Hi, Hi over here” and everybody stared at me with a look of disappointment. I just proved myself to be a douchebag. But still I patted myself saying “Let it go, let it go. Look there’s Nikita Singh. Forget everything.” And the program went on. And so the questioning from the audience started and I was so unlucky that I couldn’t get hold of the mike. Futile questions are what I could hear asking shits like views on Pandya, or someone calling maal. Well come-on you’re talking to a writer, ask something relevant questions. I had like tons of questions and not a single could I ask.
Finally everything over, and everyone ready to get their autograph and photograph.
After fighting battle of ages, I reached her and took her autograph. I thought about the video and thought of asking her, but deep inside fear remains, fear of getting the answer no. but still I drank courage to my lees. I asked and surprisingly she said yes. She was so kind and polite but then I realized, well she was the follower of Sri Sri Paramhansa Yogananda. And it was obvious for her to be so gracious. Successful people are really always down to earth. I was a double fan of her, but now I became double x infinity fan.
So I got the video, even a picture with her, which was far better than selfie, and the glee of meeting her is still on the go.

Fan with Nikita Singh (author of nine books)
I returned and wrote poetry for her on my blog( http://jebilionverse.blogspot.in/2016/04/girl-of-steel.html))
. And now I hope that next time I meet her, it won’t be a writer and a fan’s meet but a meeting which will be called two writers meet.

The time I met Nikita Singh.

What anime taught me?

Since my childhood I have been fond of watching Anime (Japanese animation). It made my early days filled with fantasies. Dragonball z, Beyblade, pokemon, fairytail, fullmetal alchemist brotherhood, bleach, etc. all this anime’s made my childhood splendid. Counting, it also had a great impact on my life.
Anime’s taught me many things.
Pain will always be there, before joy enters our life:

fairytail
People will dig up with pain – and sometimes, there’s a lot to go down. But the key factor into making things well again is to never give up. That’s exactly what anime taught me.

There is good in everyone:

In few animes some antagonists become protagonists in the protracted run. , There’s always a hint of light in them, No matter how bad they may be. It’s a fine to give some people a second chance, no matter what they’ve been through. Who knows? He or she might become your best friend or your most unassailable of allies.
Only through weakness can you find strength:
Power isn’t that simple to accomplish – unless you’re OP as lie. Nonetheless every character in Fairy Tail is determined to become stronger. Unfortunately, they would have to go through a lot before they attain what they want, and that is to become more commanding. Only by understanding your weakness, could you steping up in yourself and find the inner strength you’ve been yearning for. Getting shabby and bruised is part of the learning process.
bleach
You could conquer anything with friendship:
Learning process gets skewed – you’re going to need a lot of endorsement It’s time to prompt the people you hold valued to you to help you out. After all, being on your own isn’t always the best option – unless you’re trying to look cool and all. Having a worthy nakama is going to save you a lot of mess. Best of all, you and your friends are going to have an tremendous time kicking other people’s butts.

ASSAM EDUCATON BOARD FAILS

Assam boards fails again. SEBA (Secondary Board of Education Council) and AHSEC (Assam Higher Secondary Education Council) the two education board of Assam, playing with the students.

Assam has many potentials students, many gifts but they lack platform. Platform to utilize their gifts. If they are provided the right platform, Assam surely will give mount to legends.
But it doesn’t seem viable now after looking at the frivolity played by The Assam Board. First SEBA, 600 answer script burned to ashes. The blood and sweat of students drowned, and buried. Then the AHSEC board: Physics paper gets leaked, the exam gets delayed. And later on, again the biology paper gets leaked and the exam gets more delayed.

. A student studies, prepares for an exam and his mind works  with a flow. But when the flow is broken the mind gets goaded.                                  image courtesy : giphy.com

Back in 2012, similar incident took place. The 10TH matriculation answer scripts were eaten by cows. Such a shameful incident. After this incident, it was their responsibility to become more wary but instead it got worse.

Assam class 10th metriculation paper burned to ashes

Just right after the end of class 10th matriculation exam in Assam, 600 answer scripts were burned to ashes the next day in a school in the upper Assam town of Jorhat. This incident takes back to the year 2012 when quite alike episode took place; the 10th papers became chow for the cows. Approx of 300 papers were eaten up by the cows. The same mistake repeated again in much worse outline.
The confrontation has stir up state-wide gripe by student organisations, enraged mob geared the SEBA(Secondary Education Board of Assam) office in Guwahati and took out processions and burnt effigies in protest. The affected answer scripts are of the subjects of English, General Mathematics, and Assamese MIL, elective papers of Sanskrit, Additional Maths, Geography and Computer Science.
The examination community of SEBA decided that the examinees may need to take the test again in only one subject that fell prey to fire and those those not willing to sit for a retest; the average of the marks attained in the five other major subjects will be taken as the score in the affected answer script.
Even after the 2012 incident the SEBA board didn’t gain anything. After the 2012 incident becoming much chary should have been expected but it came out to be reverse.
Strong action must be taken against the SEBA until they start taking things seriously.
